i killed trees today..
here's a tribute to all the trees out there who have been innocently killed, chopped, diced and processed into paper pulp because of the ignorance and stubborness of margins, alignments, rulers and those instruments that attempt to help you get ur document straight and in order..
worse of all after all the dying attempts to get the tables and alignments in order, what is presented in the print preview is totally opposite of the reality that gets printed out.
in the wonderful world of perfect print previews, the document always appear to be picure perfect with all the tables placed magnificently and beautifully placed within paper space.
but once it reaches the printer, the alignments spring to life and align themselves as they please, totally disregarding the labourous attempts of aligning the margins with precision right down to the 0.01 decimal place.
so.. the vicious and headache inducing cycle repeats itself with more laborous aligning work, more printing aftermath frustrations and and more paper wasted..
therefore, this is a tribute to trees who have to suffer due to the delusions caused by print previews and uncooperative margins and alignments..
thus, hear ye trees.. may you find better purpose than be wasted on print preview hallucinations..
cheers
